✔Choice of unlimited semi-private personal training sessions a week in our fully equipped Strength & Conditioning facility.
We generally recommend 3 sessions per week.
We currently have a choice of 24 semi-private training slots per week.

The cost of this membership is €125 per month.
There are only 8 spaces available in each semi-private personal training program as we want to ensure that each individual receives the attention they need each session.
Spaces tend to fill up fast so pre-booking is recommended!
